Supplied as PDF Forms, simply use your computer or tablet to click and add stars and short descriptions of activities or events. (The charts can also be printed out and completed by hand if you prefer).
Pay once to create as many star charts as you need!
The text at the top can be edited from ‘This week I have…’ to anything you want. For example monthly star charts may be more appropriate for part time children.
Keep completed star charts with each child’s learning journal or let children take them home to show off how many stars they have got each week. An excellent resource to include children and show both parents and inspectors how you meet and support the needs of each child.
2 versions of Activity Star Chart are available: EYFS and Scottish
EYFS version uses the seven development areas; Personal, Social & Emotional, Communication & Language, Physical, Expressive Arts & Design, Knowledge & Understanding Of The World, Literacy & Maths.
Scottish version uses development areas as per the Scottish Curriculum For Excellence; Health & Wellbeing, Social, Religious & Moral Understanding, Expressive Arts, Technology, Sciences, Languages & Literacy, Mathematics & Numeracy.
Both versions include a basic areas star chart which may be more suitable for very young children and covers the following areas: Personal, Social & Emotional, Communication & Language, Physical (Fine Manipulative), Physical (Gross Motor) and Cognitive (Problem Solving).
Completed Examples are included for a 9 month baby, 2 year old and 6 year old.

Sheets provided for Babies & Toddlers, 2 & 3 year olds, 4 & 5 year olds and 6 to 12 year olds!

All star charts are supplied as PDF Forms. Simply save to your computer then click in each area to add a star or enter information, or print out and fill in by hand.
