Now updated and improved ready for the NEW 2021 EYFS Framework – statutory for all Early Years providers in ENGLAND from September 2021!
EYFS 2017 AND EYFS 2021 versions included!
In preparation for the new framework, many of us will be reviewing our paperwork to ensure we have everything in place, ready to meet the requirements.
The Progress check at age two remains statutory and must be completed by practitioners when a child is aged between two and three to provide parents and/or carers with a short written summary (Progress Check) of their child’s development in the PRIME areas of learning.
We have now updated and improved our EYFS (2 Year) Progress Check resource to assist you in putting together the information required.
Use the Progress Check to:
✔ Consider the Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning.
✔ Comment on the children’s progress in each learning area
✔ Highlight any areas requiring further confidence and support.
✔ Propose strategies and ideas to support future learning
✔ Note any specific concerns and planned actions for future support
