A Care Enquiry Form is really useful for noting down any information from enquiries about your service. Ensure you gather all the details required to allow you to assess whether or not you may be able to provide the care being requested, meet the needs of the prospective family and ensure you have all the necessary contact details that will enable you to get back in touch or set up a welcome meeting.

Recording information in this way also enables you to create a waiting list if your service is currently full, making it easier to get back in touch with families should a suitable place become available.
