Urgent Message!
This is an urgent announcement for all Minding Kids customers.

Dear Customers

I hope this message finds you well. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and for trying out the newly launched website and app. Your loyalty and feedback is invaluable.

It’s evident from your input that the new app design has not met your expectations in certain areas, including functionality and ease-of-use. While change can be challenging, I recognise that the issues you’ve experienced go beyond simple growing pains. I take full responsibility for these shortcomings and apologise for any inconvenience you may have faced.

In order to ensure members can continue to record essential information in a familiar way whilst I address what needs to be done, I have made the very difficult decision to temporarily revert to our previous website and app interface.

I am committed to resolving the identified issues and will use this time to conduct a comprehensive review with my developers.

I am incredibly sorry for what has happened, deeply embarrassed by this business error and hugely disappointed that I have not delivered what was promised.


Rollback to old website and app:

Effective from 12 noon Monday 4th September, you’ll be able to use our previous platform, which should be familiar and more stable. App users will find all of their saved data as it was prior to the switch.

⚠️New Data: IMPORTANT! 

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to move data that has been saved over the course of this week back to the old app. You may wish to use App Settings/ Reports to download PDFs of the data you have saved. You can refer to the App-Guide Reports and App Settings/ Reports sections for instructions on how to do this. Alternatively you may wish to take screenshots then manually copy what you need back into the relevant sections of the old app.
You will need to do this before the switchback at 12 noon on Monday. 

Logging back into the old site: 

Log in details (email address and password) will revert back to what you used on the old site.

Subscription Costs:

Gold and Platinum rates will continue at the original rates of £5 and £10 per month.

New signups:

Any new signups or subscriptions created on the new site will be honoured as appropriate on the old site.

Future Re-Launch: 

Looking at this past week as a trial run, please continue to share your thoughts. Your feedback is crucial in understanding what needs to be done to make the platform better. All feedback will be reviewed in detail and an action plan made to move forward.
