Record activities, meals and routine information as you go about your day including personal care information and achievements. Add photographs or video clips to capture enjoyed experiences and share instantly with parents via their child’s STORY:
Monitor Development Progress
Complete individual or group observations, add photos / video clips and next step suggestions then link to your Development Framework*. Generate and download complete Learning Log Summaries to share with parents and regularly review learning progress.

Log Events
Meet Safeguarding Requirements. Efficiently log significant events for your group or for individual children: accidents/incidents, visitors, medication, etc. Easily attach photographs as evidence or record forms for parents to sign.
Issue Invoices
Create and send invoices directly to parents to request payment. Charge for a selected number of hours or for actual attendance recorded. Issue payment reminders and receipts and record when payment has been received.

⚠️What you need to know:
🔑USER ACCOUNT / LOGIN DETAILS
Your user account / login details will remain the same after the switchover. Simply enter these in on the new website Login page to view your user account details and purchase history.
NOTE: You may need to set a new password using the ‘Forgot Password’ option and once logged in, confirm / update your membership level.
💷INCREASE TO SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
After 10 years with no change to our membership pricing, we are implementing a small increase to gold and platinum monthly subscription payments. The new pricing will help to steady increasing operational costs and ensure our website and app continues to be managed securely and professionally.
Gold Membership subscription payments will increase from £5 to £6 per month (OR option to pay annually at £72 / year)
Platinum Membership subscription payments will increase from £10 to £12 per month (OR option to pay annually at £132 / year)
Subscription payments due after the website switch over will automatically increase to the new rate.
All members are free to upgrade / downgrade or cancel their subscriptions at any time.
✅EXISTING APP USERS / PLATINUM MEMBERS
Great News! All of the data you have entered into the current app will transfer over to the new app with the switchover. Children’s profile information, attendance data and all diary, logs and observation entries will transfer to the relevant sections of the new app. Once launched, you will find help with navigation and details of the new app features in the App Guide.
