For Existing Customers:
Accessing the new platform:
🔑 Login Details
- Guest Members (Free and Individual Downloads): If you’ve previously purchased resources or downloaded free items, your email is already registered as a guest member on the new platform. Just log in with your email to access free resources and purchases!
- Gold Members: Your Gold membership continues as usual on the new platform with unlimited access to our downloads. Simply log in with your email to dive back in.
- Platinum Members: Your Platinum membership remains active with unlimited downloads AND a major app upgrade! Log in with your email to access new features like parent access, video uploads, and finance tools.
IMPORTANT👉 Reset Passwords Required: When accessing the new Minding Kids platform for the first time, ALL members will need to reset their password. Simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page and follow the instructions to create a new password.
For Minding Kids App Users:
📦 Historical Data Transfer
Data from the current app will carry over to the new system, but please take note of the following:
1️⃣ Potential Mismatch in Observations

- Historical observations may not align perfectly with the updated Learning Framework categories in the new app.
- This could cause minor discrepancies when generating Observation or Learning Log Summary reports.
- Don’t worry! You’ll have the option to click into historical entries to edit or reassign them to the appropriate statements or categories as needed.
2️⃣ Data Transfer Limit

- Only data from the past two years will be visible in the new platform.
- Data older than two years will not transfer. To keep older records, use the Download Data option in the current app under Settings > Reports before launch day.

We understand that adapting to a new system can be challenging. Rest assured, the new design has been carefully crafted to enhance the core functions you’re familiar with, while introducing powerful new tools to further support your needs.
To help navigate the changes, you’ll find an existing users section along with a demo clip in the new App Guide.
We’re confident you’ll find the new setup intuitive and packed with improvements to make managing your childcare business easier than ever!
💷 Updated Subscription Pricing
After 11 years, we’re making a necessary update to our membership fees to maintain and improve our services:
💛Gold Membership: £7.50/month or £75/year (just 20p/day for unlimited resources!)
🩶Platinum Membership: £15/month or £165/year (only 45p/day for full access, including the app!).
💖For NEW Members: An updated Sign-Up Fee of £35 will cover your first 90 days, with no additional payments required during that period. Afterward, you can choose monthly or annual subscriptions.
