What is happening?
As promised, we are making some changes to enhance user experience and website navigation for our members and customers.
When is this happening?
Wednesday 12th April (approx. 9am to 1pm)
What do I need to know?
During this time the MindingKids Website and Web App will be temporarily unavailable in order to carry out the planned improvements. We understand that this may cause come inconvenience and will try our best to keep down time to a minimum.
What is changing?
We are improving access to our resource downloads. Following the maintenance work, Gold and Platinum Members will be able to access all downloads directly from each of the product description pages in addition to the Account page… making all files much faster and easier to access.
Customers will also notice a change in design to the Account page where they can view their purchase history, download purchased resources and update their account details.
We are confident these improvements will enhance user experience.
