Fantastic News! We have now made some updates to our Childminding Contracts Pack and have introduced a customisation option to further personalise the contract templates and make them unique to your service.
MindingKids can help you add your business name and logo to the contract forms or make small wording changes to the templates as you require. This customisation service is FREE to all MindingKids Members or can be purchased as an additional service. Simply email us at contact@mindingkids.co.uk with details of the customisation you require.
Logos must be provided in png or jpeg format. Requests for customisation will be dealt with on a first come first served basis and emailed out on completion.
Whilst written childcare contracts are not a mandatory requirement, they help to clarify, from the start, the terms and conditions of any professional childcare arrangement and provide protection for all parties involved. Once signed, a childcare contract is a legally binding document which may be used as evidence in a small claims court or for insurance purposes to pursue unpaid fees.
