❔How knowledge, skills and creativity are used alongside best practice guidance to lead improvements, enhance experiences and support high quality play.

❔How effective deployment and management of staff and resources ensures the delivery of high quality care.

🔑Key question 4: How good is our staff team?

❔How regular reflection of practice, knowledge, training and CPL ensures competency in the delivery of compassionate and responsive care.

❔How fair and proper recruitment procedures are followed to ensure the suitability of all staff with induction processes taking into account staff qualifications, experience and skills.

❔How effective management ensures for efficient team working where staff skills and available space is used in the best way to meet individual and wider group needs.

❔How children and families are supported as routines and procedures change in line with Covid-19 guidance.
