  • Settling In Questionnaire – Issue to parents and carers after a new child has been in your care for just a few weeks to hear feedback or highlight any issues early on. Designed with OPEN-ENDED QUESTIONS to encourage more in depth answers
  • Child Service Quality Questionnaire – Give children regular opportunities to share their views and opinions about your service plus express their ideas of how improvements could be made.
  • School Aged Child Service Quality Questionnaire – Aimed at children of school age, use this questionnaire to gather their views plus check what more you could do to support friendships, things they would like to try or learn about and how you might be able to help with schoolwork.
  • Parent Service Quality Questionnaire – Issue on a regular basis (6 months / annually) to hear parents views and opinions and evaluate any changes required. Designed with OPEN-ENDED QUESTIONS to encourage more in depth answers
  • Parent & Child Leaver’s Questionnaires – obtain valuable information from parents and children as they leave or move on from your setting.
