The wait is almost over! We’re just one week away from the official launch of the new Minding Kids website and app on Monday, 9th December 2024! 🚀

⚠️ Important Information for Existing Customers
To ensure a smooth transition, please review the following:
🔑 Accessing the New Platform
- Guest Members (Free and Individual Downloads): Your email is already registered! Simply log in with your existing email to access free resources and past purchases.
- Gold Members: Your membership continues with unlimited access. Just log in with your email and continue to enjoy a treasure trove of resources!
- Platinum Members: Enjoy unlimited downloads plus exciting new features like parent access, video uploads, and financial tools. Log in with your email to explore it all!
👉 Reset Password Required:
On your first visit, all members must reset their password. Simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page and follow the instructions to create a new password.
📦 Data Transfer for App Users
All essential data will transfer to the new system, but keep these key points in mind:
1️⃣ Potential Mismatch in Observations
- Historical observations may not align perfectly with the new Learning Framework categories.
- You can easily edit or reassign historical entries as needed for accurate reporting.
2️⃣ Data Transfer Limit
- Only data from the past two years will be displayed.
- Older data will not transfer, so be sure to download and save any information you wish to keep before launch day. Simply go to Settings > Reports in the current app to export your data.

💷 Updated Subscription Pricing
To continue delivering a high-quality, secure, and professional service, we’re introducing an updated pricing structure:
💛 Gold Membership: £7.50/month or £75/year (just 20p/day!)
🩶 Platinum Membership: £15/month or £165/year (only 45p/day!)
For new members, the Sign-Up Fee will be £35, covering your first 90 days with no additional payment required during that period.
