How it works…
- Select the value of voucher required from the drop down menu, add to cart then proceed through checkout. If you are looking to purchase a voucher for a greater amount, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
- You will receive a purchase confirmation email and a receipt for payment. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these.
- MindingKids will then email you your Gift Voucher with unique Gift Code and instructions for you to print or forward to your chosen recipient.
Gift Vouchers and Codes are normally issued within 24 hours from purchase. If you have not received a response within 2 to 3 working days, please check your Spam / Junk folders.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive a physical voucher. All gift vouchers are supplied via email, which you can then print or forward on to your chosen recipient.
Redemption
Once issued, gift codes are valid for up to 12 months and may be used immediately against any purchase from the website of equal or greater value. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s gift voucher value, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Membership
Alternatively, gift vouchers may be exchanged for the equivalent credit towards MindingKids Gold or Platinum Membership. Vouchers may be used towards our membership sign up fee or as credit towards a new or existing subscription. Please contact us quoting your original Gift Code and the package of your choice. We will then respond to your request with a new Coupon Code and instructions.
