The Child Information / Emergency Contacts Cards are supplied as both Microsoft Word files and PDF Forms (8 cards per A4 sheet – finished card size 85mm x 55mm ). Use your computer / tablet to type the information required into the PDF Form templates before printing or simply print first then add information by hand. The Microsoft Word templates are completely editable allow information to be added / amended and photographs inserted digitally if desired before printing.
