Two styles are included, 0 to 5 years and 5 years plus, with the further option of using either daily or weekly diary pages!

All diary pages are designed to be A5 in size, a perfect size to fit in little people’s bags at the end of the day! A5 diaries can be assembled by printing out the A4 sheets then cutting in half to produce two A5 diary pages. Bind sheets together using a binder, clip file or whichever method you prefer.

Both styles of diary can be made up from the following:

• Dairy Covers – 5 colours are supplied. Simply click on the name box to add each child’s name before printing.
• All About Me Sheet – insert at the front of each child’s diary to ensure important information and contact details are always to hand.
• Daily / Weekly Pages – record meals, snacks and activities for each child, what they have enjoyed or not enjoyed, add comments and allow parents to share their thoughts too. (Naps and Nappies / Toilet Training section included in 0 to 5 years version,) Daily / weekly pages with evening meal section now also included!
• Summary Pages – Add summary pages monthly, each term, or as frequently as you wish to sum up each child’s experience within your service.

Containing the information as per the daily / weekly diary pages, these A4 single page report sheets may be useful where temporary care is being provided or if you wish to go paperless! Complete on your computer or tablet, save and then attach to an email for parents to see.
